In-House Dinner Menu
Dinner Served Monday - Thursday 3pm - 10pm; Saturday 3 pm to 11 pm; Sunday 3pm to 9:30pm. Happy Hour Mon - Fri 3pm to 7pm.

Avocado, tomato, onions, cilantro, cucumber, jalapeņos, fresh lime, pink sea-salt served with crispy corn and green plantain chips.
Tostones Rellenos
Green plantain mojo salsa choice of beef $10 or shrimp $12.
Tabla de Queso
Manchego, Cabrales, Murciana cheese served with toasted points, orange honey, fresh fruit and nuts.
Tajin - sea salt.
Coconut Shrimp
Served with sweet mango sauce, pico de gallo.
Mexican Street Corn
Corn on the cob, cotija cheese, chili aioli.

Pollo ($8), Beef ($9), or Camaron ($10). Serves 2.
Grilled Skewers mix of skirt steak, chicken and shrimp.
Crispy honey-Asian glaze calamari ring wrapped in cucumber leaf.
Flour tortilla, queso fresco. Sour cream, guacamole, $11, chicken $12, beef $13 or shrimp $14.
Shrimp marinated in fresh lime, onions, tomato, cilantro, jalapeņo served with plantain chips.

Add chicken ($6), salmon ($10) or (4) shrimp ($10)
Sugar Rhum Salad
Mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, queso frito, cranberries, avocado, strawberry, roasted almonds, house dressing.
Quinoa Salad
Roasted organic quinoa, kale, black beans, cashews, mango, garbanzo beans, tomato, sherry vinaigrette.
Plantain crusted goat cheese fritters, roasted beets, roasted almonds, red wine vinaigrette.
Avocado Salad
Diced avocado, tomato, cucumber, onion, cilantro citrus vinaigrette dressing.

Served with seasoned fries
Cuban Sandwich
Cuban pressed sandwich, pork, ham, Swiss cheese pickle & mustard.
Chicken Sandwich
Marinated chicken breast, sauteed onions, lettuce and tomato, avocado spread.

Camarones al Mojo de Ajo
Shrimp sauteed in Latin herbs, garlic sauce, served with white rice, black beans.
Seared salmon, mango salsita, roasted potato, grilled asparagus.
Red Snapper Veracruzana
Roasted tomato, red pepper, onions, Spanish olives creole sauce wrapped in banana leaf.
Arroz con Camarones
Shrimp mixed with yellow rice.
Pollo a la Plancha
Chicken breast, sauteed Spanish onions, served with white rice, black beans, sweet plantain.
Pollo al Ajillo
Chicken breast sauteed in garlic sauce, served with moro rice, sweet plantains.
Ropa Vieja
Slowly braised pulled flank skirt steak, in garlic, tomato onions sauce served with white rice black beans, sweet plantain.
Argentinean style grilled skirt steak topped with Chimichurri, served with papitas .
Seafood Paella
Valencia yellow rice, Shrimp, clams, mussels, calamari, chicken, chorizo.
Mar Y Tierra
Grilled skirt steak, chimichurri salsa, shrimp ajillo served with tostones.
Pork marinated 24 hours, slowly roasted overnight in Cuban style mojo-garlic served with moro rice.
Vegan Dumplings
Organic quinoa dumplings, mushroom, sweet potato, chickpeas, green coconut curry broth.
